Labelexpo 2025 Highlights

At Labelexpo Europe 2025, ETI collaborated with Martin Automatic, Lemu Group and Lundberg Tech to present a fully integrated label production line running live on the show floor. The demonstration brought together complementary technologies to showcase how a connected production environment can streamline label manufacturing from start to finish.

This video captures the production of a real commercial job developed for Spanish label converter Mirmar, reflecting real-world production conditions. The demonstration illustrates how advanced automation and seamless integration can transform raw materials into finished labels through an efficient and continuous workflow.

The production line integrates several key stages of label manufacturing. Martin Automatic’s non-stop splicing technology feeds material into ETI’s Cohesio platform, where coating, laminating and converting operations are performed. Following die-cutting, Lundberg Tech’s automated matrix waste handling system supports clean and efficient material processing, while Lemu Group’s turret rewinding and end-of-line packaging solutions complete the finishing process.

This collaborative showcase highlights how integrated equipment helps converters improve efficiency, increase flexibility and gain greater control over label construction and materials.
