ETI Appoints Gretchen Tobol as Commercial Development Manager 

More than 25 years of experience across the label and packaging industries. 

AUGUST 2026 - ETI, a specialist in advanced inline coating and converting technologies, has appointed Gretchen Tobol as Commercial Development Manager, adding extensive industry and commercial experience to its growing international team.

Based in the United States, Gretchen brings more than 25 years of experience in product management, marketing and business development with leading converters, press manufacturers and material suppliers across the label and packaging industries. Throughout her career, she has helped bring new products and technologies to market, support sales organizations and develop opportunities in both established and emerging applications.

A Global Role Focused on New Opportunities

At ETI, Gretchen will help connect customer needs with the company’s technical capabilities and contribute to the development of new opportunities across a range of markets and applications.

She will work closely with ETI’s U.S.-based team, including Richard Hoffmann, U.S. Sales Manager, and Keith Gliesman, U.S. Technical Support Manager, as well as with ETI’s marketing function, while collaborating with colleagues across the company on commercial development initiatives worldwide.
