Prime pressure-sensitive labels are used every day across food packaging, beverages, beauty, and consumer goods. Most are still produced with a release liner, not because it's the best option, but because it has always been the only option. Until now.

This video shows ETI's LinerO line in action. A single integrated process takes raw film or paper and delivers finished prime linerless rolls, ready for automatic application. Inline printing, full-width UV silicone coating, adhesive coating applied full-width, in stripes, or in patterns, precision die-cutting in register with print and coating layers, and turret rewinding — every step runs on one line, under complete process control.

The result is a shaped, shelf-ready label with full brand graphics, no release liner, and reliable performance on standard automatic labelling lines.
